Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

• “Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Disclaimer) refers to Networth Nomads consulting services, the Lifestyle COnsultant LLC and PlayerScout.

• “Service” refers to the Website, the Networth Nomads consulting services or the course platform where students learn, any downloadable information, resources or advice given

• “You” means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

• “Website” refers to all URLs and subdomains relating to the following: www.networthnomads.com, courses.networthomads.com, go.networthnomads.com, debroahluckham.com, grantleybaugh.com, nomadfunnels.com, or any other URLS owned and operated by the Company

   

2.1. Online Course Accelerator & Passive Income Funnel Policy
You will get immediate access once you have purchased Online Course Accelerator, Passive Income Funnel or a bundle with this program in. This includes:

• An online login with access to all lessons, ,modules, videos, workbooks and resources
• An invite to join the Facebook Member Support Group for 12 months

This does not include:

• Direct contact to us or our team members via telephone, chat, sms, email or any other means outside of the terms here within

The intended use of this program is for entrepreneurs to implement the strategies taught to their business. All purchases are governed by the companies legal guidelines. This includes disclaimer policies, consulting policies, Privacy policy, terns & conditions. 

PAYMENT METHODS

We use third party payment providers PayPal and Stripe. We also offer PayPal Credit and other similar providers. This is an agreement with these third parties and you are legally bound to their processing times, rules and processes.

You can see the PayPal Credit terms and conditions vary by country. When you choose to pay via PayPal Credit, your agreement is solely with them, and any questions relating to this agreement need to be made directly to them. When you pay by debit or credit card you give us permission to automatically charge your debit/credit card for all fees and charges due payable to the company, without asking for additional authorisation each time a payment is due. We will send you a receipt of every payment we take from you via your initial email that you signed up with. You also agree that your personal information may be shared with the third party payment provider to initiate these transactions. These include but are not limited to: payments processing, settlement payments etc.

If you selected a payment plan, this includes all due payments. If your payment card declines we will attempt a second time. If it fails you will be obliged to provide a new payment method without delay. If you do not, your course access and community group access will be terminated. 

You must follow the exact steps to request a refund. If you do not, all payments will be due as set out in the agreement.

If you select a payment plan you must pay the initial payment upfront and the remaining payments will be automatically charged for the total payment set out on the sales page. You are obliged to make every payment unless activating the refund policy. Until the refund policy os processed, you are obliged to make payments. Failure to make payments will result in immediate suspension from your account and access to both the learning platform and the support group will be denied. This includes any bonuses or virtual events you may have signed up for.

We will not be obliged to refund any payments made.

2.2. TESTIMONIALS

By working with us you give us full and explicit permission to use your comments, achievements, results, created course business, funnel steps, content or outcomes for any and all marketing purposes without your prior written consent. This includes sharing information about you in our member support group, ads on any platform, our websites, our social media channels, press releases and any other media outlets we see fit. We will not always share your name. However we may share your name, website, business name, course name, social media channel name such as your Instagram handle or podcast name.

We will never share your email address.

Any opinions or testimonials received by the company are your own valid, truthful and accurate beliefs and you consent to the use of any videos, written copy or images submitted.

You agree when enrolling on our courses, products and services that we have permission to recommend you to clients or potential clients that wish to obtain direct feedback about your experience using our course, product or services for the purpose of assisting in enrolling new clients.

Testimonials include:

– When you willingly send us testimonials in video, written or picture format

– When you publish earnings on your own channels to your audience, that enable us to update your achievements from using our services whether financial, business growth related, lifestyle freedom, financial freedom or ability related

– When you complete any survey, form or feedback to the Company related to our course, products or services

– Both free and paid reviews, opinions, views or experiences from other persons outside the Company

– When you complete a course, product or service and have an outcome that has been shared to us via the support group, email, messaging or any communication channel, social media channel or other means. This may include but is not limited to:

a. A financial result

b. An audience growth result

c. Any successfully implemented marketing tactic such as launching a funnel/website, growing a community, making sales etc

d. A description, opinion and explanation of our course, products, consulting or educational services

e. A description, opinion and explanation of how your skills have changed or improved as a result of using our course, products, consulting or educational services

We receive testimonials through various channels and submission methods, each unique in its own way. The testimonials we receive do not necessarily represent our views or the company views. The company takes no legal responsibility for the opinions or comments expressed on our platform or in any reviews associated with using our courses, products or services. . All views expressed are solely those of the reviewers.

To maintain accuracy, we ensure that the displayed testimonials are identical to the original with minor corrections for spelling and grammar. In some cases, we may have edited testimonials to enhance clarity or when the extraneous portions do not benefit the general public. Please note that we review testimonials for authenticity before displaying them for public viewing.

At times the company may ask to record working sessions. By allowing this you give permission and ownership of these recordings directly to the company to be used for marketing or coaching purposes, to help improve our client learning experience. They will never be sold but may be included in sold products for client use only.

The company may create hall of fame pages or debriefs about you and your launch without prior written consent.

2.3. 12 or 6 Month Facebook Support Group
The Facebook Support Group is the official place to access support and ask questions. This includes:

• Sharing and celebrating your progress
• Meeting other like minded course creators and interacting with them
• Seeking accountability
• Asking for help overcoming mindset roadblocks stopping you from working, that are related to the task in the course. For example procrastinating over posting your first social post
• Asking for help understanding course materials
• Asking for generic advice relating to the course and the resources contained within it that help you to set up the strategy
• Asking community members to comment on or review of specific parts of your funnel. For example an email or a landing page. 
• Asking community members to register for and/or watch your webinar to review it 

This does not include:

• Questions relating to logging in and accessing the services
• Payment questions & refund requests
• Any form of counselling, or psychiatric help
• Asking for help overcoming mindset roadblocks stopping you from working, that are related to your personal life. For example procrastinating because your family do not understand you, or you are going through a break up
• Asking us or a team member to reviews of specific parts of your funnel. For example an email, social post or a landing page. 
• Asking us or a team member to register for and/or watch your webinar to review it 

If you ask unrelated questions inside the group, we will gladly direct you to the support email, where we can assist you further. This is because we have other team members each with specific training and roles so that we can support you better, and you may not get the required information by going to the wrong sources to ask.

2.4. Consulting or Coaching Services
The company may offer one to one consulting, coaching and support services. This includes:

– Consulting and coaching services include but are not limited to: one on one clients, group coaching clients, public speaking, corporate advising, business consulting and growth hacking services

– Paid and unpaid courses, products or services

– Consulting and coaching services include advice offered by the company to help grow or alter the clients online business. This includes but is not limited to: branding, audience growth, sales, email growth, data growth, organisational structure, forecasting, strategy of any kind, optimisations, online presence, offline presence, PR and reputation management

– Consulting and coaching services offered by the company do not replace seeking professional advice and are bound by the disclaimer policy and consulting policy

– Any time given by the company whether paid or unpaid to advise a client in a meeting, video/phone call or working session in addition to or outside of using our courses or products

– At times the company may choose to offer coaching services to clients using other products or courses if we feel it may benefit them. The client may refuse or turn down this opportunity.

– The company is not help liable for the accuracy of any information or advice given in video/phone/sms/written/face to face communications, the use of advice given or the clients perception or interpretation of advice given

– The company is not help liable for any actions taken by the client as a result of using our consulting or coaching services

– All consulting and coaching services are bound by the disclaimer and consulting policy

2.5. Collaborations & Partnerships
The company may offer collaborations and partnerships both paid and unpaid.

The company is not held responsible for any information published by these parties, their accuracy or truth.

Collaborations and partnerships are bound by the terms set out on: www.networthnomads.com/terms

Collaborations and partnerships include but are not limited to: individuals talking about the company in person or online

Collaborations and partnerships exclude anyone that falls into consulting or coaching services

2.6. Support email
The support email is offered as a contact for operational services. This includes:

• Questions relating to logging in and access the services
• Payment questions & refund requests

This does not include:

• Student support
• Advice on building your course or using any of the resources provided
• Technical help or advise
• Questions relating to the course
• Sales questions or enquiries

2.7. Content Use Policy

This point is applicable for every client we work with.

Permission is given to every client for temporary access to download and watch one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you are not permitted to:

• Copy, share or modify resources
• Use the resources for commercial purposes, or any public display whatsoever (commercial or non-commercial);
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server

Your license will automatically be terminated by the company if you are found to have violated any of these terms. Upon termination, you will be required to destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
