My body transformation

Up until 2022 it was always difficult for me to build muscle or have visible abs without becoming stick thin.

This is me in 2021 (left) when I felt uncomfortable with my body even though I had been consistently hitting the gym for years, and me in May 2023 (right) after I put on lean muscle mass and dropped body fat using the strategies I'm sharing in this plan, all while travelling almost full time!

Over years of trial and error switching up my habits, morning routine and lifestyle choices, I finally found a formula that worked alongside my busy schedule.

I developed a lean physique while adding muscle, a solid mindset with high energy and a positive attitude, which infiltrated almost every area of my life benefiting my work and personal relationships.

It's so easy for our routine and food choices to take a nosedive when our schedule is hectic or we're on the go, but with this formula, I eventually managed to achieve my goals all while travelling almost full-time and running multiple businesses.
