PROGRAM SCHEDULE
This is a group coaching program for 6 course creators who have completed at least 2 launches and generated a minimum of $100k in revenue.
You will join me (Deborah) for 4 monthly calls over 16 weeks, with support and accountability to implement. We'll create a personalised project plan with you and provide all necessary templates for implementation.
MONTH 1
In the first month, we aim to return on your investment and streamline the structure and technical setup of your business. We'll cover:
- Systems
- Hiring a lean team through various stages of business
- Scheduling and planning
- Tech setup
- Creating a scalable offer suite
- Launching a mini campaign based on your offer suite to generate instant sales from your existing audience
MONTH 2
Next, we'll help you create a highly personalised long-term plan that you can manage with a low-stress lean team of 1-5 contractors. This includes:
- Your email list content and funnel for optimum engagement and sales, with less overwhelm
- Long-term annual promotion plan
- Long-term lead generation strategy (with an option to include ads)
MONTH 3
We'll set up your sales funnel with a focus on evergreen strategies and automations based on your personalised business plan:
- Evergreen lead generation
- Evergreen sales funnel
- Evergreen webinar funnels
- Order bumps, upsells, and downsells
MONTH 4
We'll continue setting up:
- Your evergreen funnels
- Social evergreen funnel
- Funnel Opti Magic (ongoing funnel performance optimising)
- Client Optimagic - Optimising and automating customer experience
