My transformation

It was always difficult for me to build muscle or look defined without becoming stick thin. This is me in 2021 (left) when I felt uncomfortable with my body even though I had been consistently hitting the gym for years, and me in May 2023 (right) after I put on lean muscle mass and dropped body fat using the strategies I'm sharing inside this guide, all while travelling almost full time!
